This is the newest of the songs on the record. It was written when Twan, Chris and Myself started rehearsing for the record for what would become So Simple and Even Now. I had the riff cycling around for a while but wanted to complete it. During those rehearsals I would wind up bringing in the other parts. Chris and Twan came up with the solo section arrangement with the stop...I later worked out the vocal melody in my truck driving around and wrote the lyrics in my backyard. Really happy with how it came out...Twan delivers an absolutely devastating performance on the drums on this track with Chris backing him up with additional reciprocal punishment.
